2.2 Service Eligibility

- Must be a resident of India
- Must have a valid government-issued ID
- Must meet the eligibility criteria of our partner financial institutions
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
3.2 Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Regularly update your password
- Log out after each session
4. Loan Application Process
4.1 Application Submission
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- We may verify information through third parties
- Applications are subject to partner bank's approval criteria
- We reserve the right to reject applications that don't meet basic requirements
4.2 Partner Bank Terms
- Final loan approval is at the discretion of partner banks
- Loan terms and conditions are set by the partner banks
- We facilitate the connection but are not party to the loan agreement
- All loan-related queries should be directed to the respective partner bank

TFS Finserv acts as a facilitator between borrowers and financial institutions. We shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by partner banks regarding loan applications
- Terms and conditions of loans offered by partner banks
- Any disputes between borrowers and partner banks
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFS Finserv and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your interaction with partner banks
- Any misrepresentation of information provided by you
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration
- Arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, India
- The language of arbitration shall be English
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:
